MY SOLOPRENEUR STORY
I remember exactly where I stood when I declared a decade ago that I wanted to have my own business by age 40.
That declaration propelled the wheels to turn, and in 2018, a dear colleague and friend handed me a life-changing book, 'Your Money or Your Life.'
At 37, I moved back in with my parents and pursued my truest passions.
Fast forward to March 2019 when I launched my Health Coaching website. I was so green to business, that I thought I wouldn't be able to keep up with client demand given that I was so 'searchable.' I was so scared and nervous about being 'visible' online.
I soon discovered that solopreneurship is one long road of perseverance, humility, and continuous learning. From designing personalized packages to honing my sales and marketing skills, every step has been a lesson in growth, self-discovery, and overcoming inner barriers of self-worth, being seen, and getting support.
Step by Step, I work toward my ultimate dream of making great money while maintaining a regulated nervous system and vibrant health, with lots of free time to art, travel, and cook for friends and family and give back to my local San Diego/Baja community.
My approach focuses on creating a signature group curriculum, (Not a ChatGPT curriculum) that solves niche and marketing messaging so I don't have to post daily or use social media at all!
